Previously called Formula Software, the company was established in 1997 and has been at the forefront of innovative shareware products for the web authoring market, with some of the most successful shareware products on the market today.

Our software has been marketed, sold and delivered on-line over the Internet since 1997. Our user base is truly world-wide with over a million users in 90 countries and with over 98% of all sales being generated outside of Australia.

Our aim is to continue to expand our international user-base through the addition of new products, and upgrades to existing products to become one of the world leaders in Web software.
